We help to high schools providing professional training
In 2016 a new apprenticeship branch Rubber – Plastics Industry Worker was opened at the High School for Clothing, Services and Economics (now renamed) in Červený Kostelec as a follow-on to the already closed apprenticeship branch in Rubena Náchod of 1993. After several years, our company entered into cooperation with this newly established branch providing practical experience to the students in our production areas together with taking the final exam. Within the professional training, the students visit the workplace of Trelleborg Bohemia, a.s. in the second and third year in order to get as much practical experience as possible in the production area of bellows, pucks, bicycle tubes, V-belts and product working. We do believe that this cooperation will be preparing new and qualified future employees to our company.
